How many high-hazard dams are nearby?
Dams from the Army Corps of Engineers' National Inventory of Dams: "high hazard" is the consequence if a dam failed (people downstream would probably die), not its state of repair. The condition assessment on the card is the separate inspection verdict, and Ohio rates more than a third of its dams poor.
1,229 of 1,233 ZIPs have data; median 3.
