Amlin, Ohio: the railroad village Dublin grew around

Amlin, on Rings Road in Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio: from 1842 farm maps to the 1893 Toledo & Ohio Central, the 1894 depot that took the Amlin name, the 1917 school vote Amlin lost, nine National Register listings in 1979, and the post office that closed in April 2026.
