Energy costs have been increasing in Ohio at a startling rate. For example, AES customers had their rate jump from 4.8 cents per kWh to 10.9 cents. They more than doubled their rate and PUCO allowed it.

Today Ohioans are facing higher than ever housing costs, as the demand for single family homes skyrocket while the available housing decreases. I plan to combat this by banning or severely limiting corporations from buying up single family housing. Corporations can out bid every working class family on any house, then they turn around and rent the house out and there is no incentive to ever sell that property, this keeps demand high while the supply is dwindling.
