Has the water system had any violations?
EPA's Safe Drinking Water Information System compliance record for the community water system that serves most of the ZIP: health-based violations since 2015 (a contaminant above its maximum level, or a treatment technique such as the lead and copper rule not followed), with paperwork violations counted separately and the latest 90th-percentile lead result on the card. A violation is a compliance event, not a measurement of what came out of any one tap, and a large system with one slip counts the same as a village with one; most were resolved. ZIPs on private wells carry no record.
673 of 1,233 ZIPs have data; median 0.
