Checked against U.S. Senate roll call 263 of the 110th Congress, 1st session (July 19, 2007), on waiving the Budget Act for Ensign Amdt. No. 2355, which would have barred Social Security credit for unlawful work (rejected 57-40, Brown Nay), and roll call 104 of the 117th Congress, 1st session (March 6, 2021), on Cruz Amdt. No. 968, to keep the 2021 recovery rebates from immigrants in the country illegally (rejected 49-50, Brown Nay).
