$99 million for farm fields on the Ohio River. On Jan. 28, 2026, a company called Tilted Gate LLC bought about 639 acres at Franklin Furnace for $99,430,875, Scioto County's parcel records show. Google's own site calls its data center there "Project Dazzler," and the federal permit for "Project Dazzler" is in Tilted Gate's name. Watch the fields change from 2011 to 2026.
