The record: Congressman Max Miller’s race gets dirty, with both sides objecting to attack ads
Context
News 5 Cleveland reported on Sept. 21, 2026 that a 1998 Cleveland police report shows Poindexter, then 18, was arrested on suspicion of possessing crack cocaine, and that he was never charged. News 5 quotes the swallowing line from a Max Miller campaign ad and does not say the police report describes it.
