The Columbus casino that used to be a GM plant

Columbus's West Side from the air in 1995, 2009, 2011 and today. The long saw-tooth roof is the auto-parts plant General Motors opened here in 1946, off Georgesville Road near West Broad Street. It made parts like door latches and seat springs, employed thousands of people at its peak, and was run by Delphi by the time it closed in 2007. It came down in 2010, and Hollywood Casino Columbus opened on the site in October 2012.

Did anyone in your family work at the plant on Georgesville Road? Which years?
