Where they stand
Disaster relief
“During times like this, it is important that we come together and make sure our neighbors know where they can turn for help,” said Representative Miller. “I am grateful to the Red Cross, food banks, churches, volunteers and other organizations that have stepped up to support families affected by these storms. These resources are providing critical assistance to people who have been displaced, and I encourage residents to take advantage of the help available to them.”

Property taxes
“Ohioans deserve greater certainty when it comes to the cost of staying in their homes,” said Miller. “Homeowners can’t control what happens to property values around them, and they shouldn’t face sudden tax increases simply because their neighborhood has become more valuable. By limiting how much of that increase can be taxed while they own their home, we can provide greater stability for families and help longtime homeowners remain in the communities they helped build.”

Public safety
"I am committed to making our communities safer by championing policy that supports our first responders."
Public service
“I am passionate about public service and truly honored to serve the people of the 72nd District. Each and every day, my commitment is to work to improve opportunity and the quality of life for Coshocton, Licking, and Perry counties.”

Recorded votes
Kevin D. Miller cast 847 Yea or Nay votes on the roll calls we hold, across 3 terms from 2021 to 2026, all in the Ohio General Assembly, from the Ohio Legislature. Each term opens to every roll call, with the question, the result, how Kevin D. Miller voted and how the majority of their party voted.
| Term | Chamber | Yea | Nay | Did not vote | With party |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 136th General Assembly, 2025–2026 | Ohio House, district 69 | 311 | 1 | not recorded | 100% of 51 |
| 135th General Assembly, 2023–2024 | Ohio House, district 69 | 267 | 6 | not recorded | 94% of 34 |
| 134th General Assembly, 2021–2022 | Ohio House, district 72 | 255 | 7 | not recorded | 98% of 61 |
"With party" counts only roll calls on which most Republicans and most Democrats voted opposite ways. The Ohio Legislature records who voted Yea and who voted Nay and no one else, so an absence cannot be told from an abstention and neither is counted; only floor votes are listed.
