Our check against the record

The record does not settle it

Checked against Not yet checked: Acton's 1994 Application for Certificate held by the State Medical Board of Ohio, the document the mailer cites; the board's own copy was not obtained, and the only copy read was posted by a third party.

The record: State Medical Board of Ohio: licensee records

Context

The mailer cites Acton's 1994 application to the State Medical Board of Ohio, in which one supervisor rated her medical knowledge "insufficient" after four months of supervision and another rated it "excellent"; a V-PAC spokesperson told Popular Information the word on the mailer was a typo.
