Checked against SEC filings: Ramaswamy's only Axovant Form 4 (April 29, 2016), a grant of 357,000 stock options with no common shares acquired or sold, and the Schedule 13D of Sept. 14, 2017 (event date Sept. 6, 2017), which reports all 75,000,000 Axovant common shares as directly owned by Roivant Sciences.
